If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 48 hours’ notice. Appointments changed without sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee of $50.

If you wish to reschedule, a $50 deposit may be required to secure your newly rescheduled appointment. This deposit will be credited toward your next appointment.

If you fail to attend your rescheduled appointment, your $50 deposit will be forfeited.

If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your scheduled or rescheduled appointment, we will make every effort to offer your appointment to another patient. If we are able to find a replacement for your appointment, no cancellation fee will be charged. However, if we are unable to do so, your cancellation or booking fee will be forfeited. So by giving us as much notice as possible, there is a much higher chance that no cancellation fee will be charged.

Please note that the 48-hour notice period is calculated based on business weekdays (Monday to Friday only) and does not include weekends and Public Holidays.

There are specific situations, as outlined under Australian Consumer Law, of when cancellation fees should not apply. These include extreme or unforeseen events beyond your control that make it impossible to provide reasonable notice or attend your appointment (for example, a bushfire or car accident). Please notify us if such circumstances apply.

While we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, cancellation fees can still be applied at our discretion.

Please note that cancellations due to illness are not exempt from this policy.
